Super Jeffrey is the assistant we all dream of. One that handles tedious and mundane tasks that we could do in our sleep, yet somehow eat up way too much of our time. Tasks like new product paperwork and forms. You hate 'em, Super Jeffrey loves 'em.
Is Super Jeffrey a real person?
Maybe, maybe not. If we told you, we'd have to eliminate you. What we can tell you is that Super Jeffrey has human teammates that work diligently alongside him in our shared mission.
Ok, so what exactly does Super Jeffrey do?
He'll handle gathering the nitty gritty for all of your new and existing products, from start to finish and beyond. Are you onboarding new products and need all of the details for your point of sale and purchasing software? Super Jeffrey is on it. Need updates on existing products? Super Jeffrey has that covered too.
Super Jeffrey will work with suppliers to submit all of their product details in an organized fashion. He'll even format it in a spreadsheet to your exact specifications.
Super Jeffrey will handle the back and forth between supplier and retailer, learning more and more as he goes. Answer any given question just once and Super Jeffrey will commit it to memory for when it comes up again and again.
02. Trying it out
Can I try Super Jeffrey before paying?
Sure. We want you to see it in action and we're convinced you'll never do without Super Jeffrey again. Your first three submissions are on us. Email paperwork@superjeffrey.com and he'll mark you down for three submissions on the house.
Sounds expensive. How much does Super Jeffrey cost?
You might be surprised. Super Jeffrey is just $5 a month per user. We like to think of it this way: hiring Super Jeffrey is like hiring an assistant at $15 an hour for just 20 minutes a month. If Super Jeffrey saves you more than 20 minutes a month (experience shows he'll save much more), it's a steal of a deal.
Ok, what's the catch?
Here's where we'd typically say, what do you mean? There is no catch. Well, Super Jeffrey values transparency. Here's what's behind the curtain: new product forms are super simple, so long as the supplier filling out the form and the retailer receiving the form are on the same page. More often than not, there's lots of similarities between forms, but also some unique aspects that lead to what makes new product forms a pain and time consuming. Super Jeffrey has plans to learn what makes each of those forms unique and by working with both the supplier and retailers, make it almost instantaneous in filling out each form.
04. Cancelling, aka firing Super Jeffrey
I tried Super Jeffrey, but I need to let him go.
Super Jeffrey is a great coworker to have, which means we're super darn confident that you'll be a fan. In the rare event that Super Jeffrey's style doesn't fit in with your work culture, we'll fire him for you and reimburse you his last month's salary.
05. Why not sign up
Why wouldn't I hire Super Jeffrey?
Good question. Tough question. Why wouldn't you spend $5 a month on something that will improve your life much more than the case of LaCroix you drink each week? Well, honestly, you might not want to sign up if you're particularly fond of new product form spreadsheets. Or, if you have your 5th grade son doing them for you already, why waste the money? Hmm. What else. Perhaps the most serious reason would be if you don't trust Super Jeffrey can do it. But in that case, why not see it with your own eyes, just once? Imagine what you could be missing out on.
